These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding agreement between the customer (hereinafter: "the Customer") and Adelena, regarding the use of this website and the purchase of products through it. Browsing the website or completing a purchase constitutes full acceptance of the following terms.

According to the Israeli Consumer Protection Law (1981), customers are entitled to cancel a transaction under the following conditions:

Cancellation Timeframe:

• You may cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product OR within 14 days of receiving order confirmation—whichever is later.

• For digital products or services (like online courses), cancellation is allowed within 14 days of purchase, provided the product hasn’t been used.

Cancellation Fee:

• A cancellation fee of up to 5% or ₪100 NIS (whichever is lower) may apply.

• If the product has not yet been shipped, a full refund will be issued without cancellation fees.

Product Returns:

• Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• Your personal information is stored securely and will never be shared with third parties.

• Our website uses encryption and secure systems to protect your data.

Legal Jurisdiction

• These terms and all actions related to them are governed by Israeli law.
